2026-0684 Recognizing Deputy Constables Jonathan Banda and Vincent DeLuna On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 16, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: n/a Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby recognizes and commends Deputy Constable Jonathan Banda and Deputy Constable Vincent DeLuna for their courage, compassion, professionalism and selfless service in response to the apartment explosion emergency and expresses its sincere appreciation for their dedication to protecting the residents of Dallas County.
