2026-0423 Policy Requirement (NOT an exception to Policy) Request for Administrative Leave with Pay for Employee #38039 – Facilities Management On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 7, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Administrative Leave of Absence with pay for Employee #38039 for the period of July 1, 2025, through July 15, 2025 (80 hours), plus applicable deductions as determined by the Auditor's Office, and calculated as follows: 80 hours x $33.88 = $2,710.40.
