2025-0888 Approve Extension No. 3 to Agreement for Peer Recovery Support Services between Dallas County, Texas and Association of Persons Affected by Addiction On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve this Extension No. 3 to the Agreement for Peer Recovery Support Services between Dallas County, Texas and Association of Persons Affected by Addiction for a term ending October 7, 2025, with funding in accordance with the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Abuse Site-based Program (“COSSAP”), Grant No. 2020-AR-BX-0106, and authorize the County Judge to sign the Extension No. 3 Agreement and execute any documentation required to give effect to the Extension No. 3 Agreement on behalf of Dallas County, Texas.
