Consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussions items, including but not limited to the following listed items, and any other necessary budget amendments and transfers attached to Commissioners Court backup for the Agenda item: A. Request by Transportation & Natural Resources to establish a new budget of $290,876.48 in the Subdivision Parkland Fund (5000) for Parkland Fees B. Request from Health & Human Services to establish a New Budget in the General Fund’s (0001) Allocated Reserve of $363,309 for Revenue Received from Texas Opioid Abatement Trust Fund that will be combined with $879,115 of previously received funds in an Earmark against Allocated Reserve, resulting in a total Earmark of $1,242,424 for the
