2025-1030 Authorize and approve a Master Fiscal Year 2026 Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County and Various Cities in Dallas County for Mosquito Spraying Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 466 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Master Fiscal Year 2026 Interlocal Agreement between Dallas County and Cities in Dallas County for Mosquito Spraying Services and authorize the County Judge to sign each of the Interlocal Agreements once received by each City/Town on behalf of Dallas County.
