On July 5th, 2025, Travis County Judge Andy Brown issued a Disaster Declaration in response to severe flooding. That same day, the State of Texas extended its Disaster Declaration to include Travis County. As a result of these declarations, Emergency Operations were activated for the Travis County area.<br> <br>As a result, several utilities were established in the Leander area, to support residents affected by the July 2025 Severe Weather and Flooding Disaster, one of which is showering facilities, including an ADA-compliant unit, and the services needed for continuous operation of these facilities. <br><br><span data-teams="true" id="isPasted">Emergency Services is requesting ratification and approval to issue Purchase Order No. 4100263148 in the amount of $76,197.00.
