2025-1222 Authorize and Approve the Fiscal Year 2025 Subrecipient Contract Amendments for the Ending the HIV Epidemic Grant to allocate an additional $894,963 in funding On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 46600 Project 65516 & 65518 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Fiscal Year 2025 Subrecipient Contract Amendments for the Ending the HIV Epidemic Grant to allocate an additional $894,963 in funding.
