2025-1135 Authorize and approve payment for additional FY2026 Maintenance Services and correct various procurement contracts and or contract amounts for an increase cost of $104,465.27 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approves the payment of invoices for additional maintenance services and corrections by the various County business partners as reflected in Attachment A at an estimated cost of $104,465.27. Funding is available in the Major Technology Fund - Maintenance Contracts Account (100.19500.1095.62356.10000).
