(HOK) and Denton County, Texas, Amendment Four adds certain services to Construction Documents phase of Scope 3 in the not-to-exceed amount of $442,911.00 plus reimbursable expenses not-to-exceed $5,750.00, which amount increases the total cost for all (Scopes 1, 2, and 3) services under the Agreement from NTE $4,376,950.00 plus reimbursable expenses not-to-exceed $36,614.00 to NTE $4,819,861.00 (Scope 1: $248,820.00 + Scope 2: $176,760.00 + Scope 3: $4,394,281.00) with total reimbursable expenses not-to-exceed $42,364.00 ($8,007.00 for Scopes 1 and 2 and $34,357.00 for Scope 3), with funding to come from Project PRJ-CV-1160 Sally Building, Fund 8084 2020 Tax Note out of the 90200 Projects cost center, as requested and recommended by Kevin Falconer, Commissioner Precinct #2, and any appropriate action.
