On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve an additional amount of $75,256.49 for the 911 maintenance from AT&T Enterprises, LLC. Funding is available in the Major Technology Fund - Maintenance Account (100.19500.1095.62356.10000).
