The Facilities Management Department (FMD) has been working with the County Attorney's Office to draft the attached license agreement between Travis County and Chicken Bowl to use 2247 square feet of space in the Civil and Family Courts Facility (CFCF), 1st Floor, located at 1700 Guadulupe Street, Austin, Texas.  The Civil and Family Courts Facility café has been vacant since August 2025.
