2026-0251 Policy Requirement (NOT an Exception to Policy) Administrative Leave with Pay for Employee #75946 - Sheriff's Department On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 17, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the administrative leave of absence with pay for Employee #75946 for the period of April 18, 2025, through May 12, 2025, (138 hours), plus applicable deductions as determined by the Auditor's Office, and calculated as follows: 138 hours x $26.77 = $3,694.26.
