2025-0151 Laura Freeland, IPTMA, 2024 Special Projects Award On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby recognize and extend sincere appreciation to Ms. Laura Freeland, with the Southern Dallas County Inland Port Transportation Management Association, as a faithful Valued Partner in the County’s endeavor to Take Project Coordination to the Next Level and who strongly demonstrates a focus on the Trust, Commitment, and Shared Vision of Partnering. We look forward to working with Laura on future projects and endeavors.
