2026-0806 Consolidated Services – Request for Approval to Establish Fees for the Use of Two (2) Copiers in the George Allen Courts Building On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 4, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund (12000) Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the approval to establish Public-Use Copier Fees of $0.50 per page for black-and-white copies and $1.00 per page for color copies for the Sharp multifunction copiers located on the 5th and 6th floors of the George Allen Sr. Courts Building. The proposed fees are reasonably priced and will help offset equipment, paper, credit card processing, and related service costs.
