TNR staff has received a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a public utility easement (PUE) located along the lot lines of Lots 475 & 476, Apache Shores First Installment as recorded in Volume 43, Page 429 of the Plat Records of Travis County.<br><br id="isPasted">The owner is requesting that the subject PUE be vacated to combine the two lots to bring it into compliance. The easement is dedicated by plat note. Lots 475 & 476, Apache Shores First Installment front on Brass Buttons Trail, a portion of the street not maintained by Travis County. <br><br>The utility companies operating in the area (Austin Energy, Spectrum, Texas Gas) have signed statements on file that they have no objection to vacating the subject easement.<br><br>The staff foresees no opposition to this request.
