2025-0898 Policy Requirement (Not an exception to policy) - Hourly Rate Change and Back Pay Request for Employee #E75996 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the hourly rate change to $26.21 effective November 30, 2024 and back pay for the period November 30, 2024, through July 11, 2025, in the amount of $862.91 minus any applicable deductions with the final payout to be determined by the Auditor’s Office. Done in open Court August 19, 2025 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None
