On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 18, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: DCHHS Grant Funding Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) Marketing Campaign and budget for 2025-2026 provided by Alpha Business Images on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services. Funding is available within DCHHS Grant #65516.
