2026-0605 Constable Offices – FY2026 State and Federal Forfeiture Escrow Fund Budgets On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 19, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Constable Offices – State and Federal Forfeiture Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the FY2026 State Forfeiture Funds and Federal Forfeiture Escrow Fund budgets for the Constable Offices to be used for law enforcement purposes only.
