2026-0138 Amendment of Court Order 2025-1084; Dallas County Sheriff North Texas Auto Theft Task Force Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Rockwall County – Amount not to exceed $135,226; to add Exhibits A and B On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 3, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Motor Vehicle Crime Prevention Authority Grant Funds Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the amendment of Court Order 2025-1084 to approve the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office North Texas Auto Theft Task Force Interlocal Agreement (ILA) with Rockwall Sheriff’s Office, in its entirety, including Exhibits A and B—amount not to exceed $135,226 and authorize the County Judge to sign any related documents.
