This contract will provide financial advisory services to Planning and Budget Office (PBO) on behalf of the County. The Contractor will serve as Travis County’s financial advisor to support the planning, sale, and issuance of County debt instruments.<br><br>Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code 262.024, a contract for the purchase of a personal or professional service is exempt from the requirement established by Section 262.023 if the Commissioners Court by order grants the exemption.<br><br>This contract is anticipated to exceed $100,000.00 over the life of the contract. <br><br><strong>Contract Information: </strong><br>Contract No.: 4400009029<br>Contractor Name: PFM Financial Advisors LLC<br>Contract Award Amount: As needed<br>Contract Period: Upon execution through September 30, 2031
