2026-0963 Authorize and approve a Fiscal Year 2027 Interlocal Agreement template between Dallas County and Various Cities in Dallas County for Mosquito Spraying Services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 1, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 12000 & Cost Center 5121 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize and approve the Fiscal Year 2027 Interlocal Agreement template between Dallas County and Cities in Dallas County for Mosquito Spraying Services; and authorize the County Judge to sign each of the related city/town Agreements (utilizing the Agreement template(s), as approved), on behalf of Dallas County.
