Consider and take appropriate action on budget amendments, transfers and discussions items, including but not limited to the following listed items, and any other necessary budget amendments and transfers attached to Commissioners Court backup for the Agenda item: A. Request from Health and Human Services to Transfer $200,000 from a $500,000 Earmark against the Allocated Reserve for Housing Services Purchases, that is planned to be reimbursed by weatherization grant funds later in the fiscal year B. Request from Health and Human Services to establish a New Budget of $11,000 in Fund 2117 for Revenue Received from Reliant Energy for the CARE Program C. Request from Innovative Justice & Program Analysis (IJPA) for $136,970
