2025-0012 Authorize a three-year sole source library maintenance agreement, for the Dallas County Law Library, with West Publishing Corporation dba West, a Thomson Reuters Business, for the period of February 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, authorized by Chapter 262, section 262.024(a)(7)(B) of the Texas Local Government Code, and enter the sole source statement from the Purchasing Director into the minutes – Amount not to exceed $929,352.00 On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: General and Law Library Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize a three-year sole source library maintenance agreement, for the Dallas County Law Library, with West Publishing Corporation dba West, a Thomson Reuters Business, for the period of February 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027, authorized by Chapter 262, section 262.024(a)(7)(B) of the Texas Local Government Code, and enter the sole source statement from the Purchasing Director into the minutes – Amount not to exceed $929,352.00 Done in open Court January 7, 2025 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: County Judge Clay Jenkins, Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, Commissioner John Wiley Price, Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and Commissioner Andrew Sommerman OPPOSED: None
