2025-0962 Authorize and approve the Interlocal Agreement for Graduate Medical Education between the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) and Dallas County, Texas, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) for the clinical education of trainees enrolled in Graduate Medical Education at UTSW On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: September 2, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 12000 Dept. 5120 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Interlocal Agreement for Graduate Medical Education between the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center (UTSW) and Dallas County, Texas, on behalf of Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS) for the clinical education of trainees enrolled in Graduate Medical Education at UTSW, and authorize the County Judge to sign on behalf of Dallas County.
