2025-1106 Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding Between Dallas County on behalf of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and The Jensen Project for Funding an Investigator Position for Fifteen Months for The North Texas Trafficking Task Force (NTTTF) approximating $167,970.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve this Memorandum Of Understanding Between Dallas County on behalf of the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office and The Jensen Project regarding The North Texas Trafficking Task Force (NTTTF) and authorize the County Judge to sign the MOU and execute any documentation required to give effect to the MOU on behalf of Dallas County, Texas.
