2026-0048 Acknowledgement of Parkland FQHC Collaborative Success On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 20, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: NA Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby commend Parkland Health for their exemplary work developing this referral modernization initiative as a model of effective, IT-enabled safety-net coordination; and acknowledges and appreciates Parkland and the Dallas County FQHC partners for their outstanding collaboration to modernize and streamline access to needed care.
