2025-0122 Authorize and approve the Terms and Conditions and Business Associate Agreement between Dallas County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, on-behalf of the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services and Endicott Call Centers On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: February 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund: 100.12000.5120.62225.50000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Terms and Conditions and Business Associate Agreement between Dallas County, Texas, a political subdivision of the State of Texas, on-behalf of the Dallas County Department of Health and Human Services and Endicott Call Centers and authorize the County Judge to sign on behalf of Dallas County.
