This Modification No. 1 will change the contractor’s name from CP&Y Inc. to STV Incorporated. In effect, STV Incorporated will assume all rights and responsibilities of CP&Y Inc. in regard to Contract No. 4400002753, which provides engineering services for the Braker Lane North Roadway Extension.<br id="isPasted"> <br><strong>Previous Contract Expenditures: </strong><br>Within the last 12 months, $3,002.50 has been spent against this contract. <br> <br><strong>Previous Contract and Modification Activity:</strong><br>On April 12, 2016, the Commissioners Court approved the initial contract, in the amount of $1,202,409.70.
