Sunfield development is a multi-use development consisting of single-family dwelling units, multifamily dwelling units, retail, a warehouse and an amenity center. The development is planned across multiple phases. The proposed development is located south-west of Turnersville Road and South Turnersville Road. <br data-pasted="true"> <br>The developer has agreed to design and construct a traffic signal and a northbound right turn lane at the intersection of Turnersville Road and Main Street. The developer has agreed to design and construct a traffic signal and a westbound left turn lane at the intersection of Turnersville Road and Campo Del Sol Parkway. The developer has also agreed to design and construct a traffic signal and a westbound left-turn lane at the intersection of Turnersville Road and proposed Street A.
