Ordinance No. 2026-118 discussion and consideration of all matters incident and related to the issuance of "City of Texarkana, Texas, Waterworks and Sanitary Sewer System Revenue Bonds, Series 2026", including the adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of such tax notes and resolving other matters incident and related thereto.
