2025-0398 Authorize and approve Professional Services Agreement with Organizational Empowerment for clinical quality management technical assistance for a term of March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2027; amount not to exceed $474,240.59; and authorize discretionary exemption from the competitive procurement via Tex. Local Gov’t Code Section 262.024 (a)(4) for Professional Service On a motion made by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 1, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Grants: 66502, 65503, 65507, 65508, 65516, 65518 and 08909 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby authorize Consultant Services for CQM Technical Assistance to be provided by Organizational Empowerment for an amount not to exceed $474,240.59 and authorize the discretionary exemption from the competitive procurement requirements as allowed by Texas Local Government Code under Section 262.024 (a)(4) for Personal or Professional Service.
