2026-0629 Authorize and approve the Clinical Affiliation Agreement between Capella University and Dallas County, on behalf of the Dallas County Probate Court Investigators' Office to provide students with a clinical educational experience On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: May 19, 2026 FUNDING SOURCE: No Cost Associated Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve the Clinical Affiliation Agreement between Capella University and Dallas County, on behalf of the Dallas County Probate Court Investigators' Office, to provide students with a clinical educational experience.
