Contract Extension - Dennis Umoren for the period of December 23, 2024, through September 30, 2025, approve Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(4) professional services; funding from Major Technology Fund- Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000), estimated amount not-to-exceed $144,000.00 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign Amendment No.12 with Red Zone Resources, Inc. for the Contract extension of Mr. Dennis Umoren for the period December 23, 2024, through September 30, 2025, for an additional amount of $144,000.00. Funding is available from the Major Technology Fund (MTF) - Other Professional Services Account (100.19500.1090.62225.10000) and the procurement vehicle will be the Professional Services Contract and Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(4) the professional services provided by the Senior Security Analyst from Red Zone Resources, Inc.
