2025-0063 Authorization and Approval for the purchase of equipment for the FY2025 Technology Related Program Improvement Requests (PIRs) for $581,305.00 from Dell Marketing LP and Southern Computer Warehouse (SCW) On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: January 21, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approves and authorizes the purchase in the amount of $581,305.00 to fulfill the recommended FY2025 PIR equipment and services with an amount of $555,680.63 with Dell Marketing LP through DIR-TSO-3763, and amount of $25,624.37 with Southern Computer Warehouse through DIR-CPO-5090 authorized by Chapter 271, section 271.102 (a)(c) of the Texas Local Government Code. Funding is available via a transfer from the Major Technology Fund - Unallocated Reserves Account (100.19500.1090.69110.10000) to Major Technology Fund - Computer Hardware Account (100.19500.1090.62093.10000).
