The Lago Rancho substandard road project will improve the roadways to meet the County's maintenance requirements. This project provides engineering services to design an upgrade to the existing right-of-way including roads and drainage.<br><br data-pasted="true">Modification No. 3 is for additional design services to include an additional 800 linear feet of La Paloma Lane, extending the project’s limits to cover the full roadway length in addition to construction phase services.
