2025-0642 Authorize the final of three one-year renewal options for a service price agreement for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Real Estate Broker Services, for Facilities Management, Request for Proposal (RFP) 2020-024-6864, Group 1) with CBRE, Inc. (Primary Vendor) and Allan Bailey Group, LLC (Secondary Vendor) for lease, acquisition, or sell of real estate up to $5 million and Group 2) with CBRE, Inc., (Primary Vendor) and OMS strategic Advisors, LLC (Secondary Vendor) for lease, acquisition, or sale of real estate greater than $5 million, for the period of June 15, 2025 through June 14, 2026 – fees shall be paid from sell proceeds or as part of acquisition cost subject to Commissioners Court approval. The deposit account for sale proceeds will be determined at the time of sale by the department, Treasurer’s Office, and Auditor's Office. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 3, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 196 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize the final of three one-year renewal options for a service price agreement for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity Real Estate Broker Services, for Facilities Management, Request for Proposal (RFP) 2020-024-6864, Group 1) with CBRE, Inc.
