2025-1309 Canvass of the Constitutional Amendment Special and Joint Election On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, and seconded by Commissioner John Wiley Price, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: November 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby 1) certify the precinct returns of the November 4, 2025, Constitutional Amendment Special and Joint Election as stated in Attachment A; 2) note the completion of the canvass in the minutes; 3) order the certified precinct returns to be reported to the Texas Secretary of State; and 4) authorize the Dallas County Judge to sign the Canvass of General Election Done in open Court November 17, 2025 by the following vote: IN FAVOR: Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel and Commissioner John Wiley Price
