This item is in regard to the claim for Unit 5951 which was involved in a Motor Vehicle Accident on June 14, 2026. A TCSO employee was responding to an emergency call. During the response, the employee became distracted by the Mobile Data Computer (MDC) and failed to negotiate an upcoming curve, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway, enter the ditch before coming to rest upright in the grass.
