2025-1456 Authorization for Installation of Television Enclosures - West Tower via Job Order Contract – Dallas County Sheriff’s Office – $152,078 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: December 16, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Commissary Fund Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office to proceed with the installation of television enclosures within the jail towers, specifically the West Tower, under a Job Order Contract, at a total cost of $152,078, with funding from the Sheriff’s Office Commissary Fund (30046).
