2025-0460 Dallas County Consolidated Services Vehicle Purchase On a motion made by Commissioner John Wiley Price, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: April 15, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.12000.1027.68620.10000.0000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Authorize a one-time purchase of one six-passenger sport utility vehicle for the Dallas County Fire Marshal’s Office, authorized by Chapter 271, Section 271.102, of the Texas Local Government Code - Amount not to exceed - $75,148.36.
