2025-1152 Ratify an Amendment to the FY2024-2025 Addendum to Dallas County Community Supervision and Corrections Department’s (CSCD) Operations Agreement for Substance Abuse Treatment Services with Salvation Army to Add Transitional Housing Service, increasing the not to exceed amount from $30,000 to $35,000 for the one-year term ending August 31, 2025. On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: October 7, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: 100.20000.9245.41010, 100.20000.9240.41011 and 100.12000.4555.4000 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Ratify an Amendment to the FY2024-2025 Addendum to Dallas County Community Supervision and Corrections Department’s (CSCD) Operations Agreement for Substance Abuse Treatment Services with Salvation Army to Add Transitional Housing Services, increasing the not to exceed amount from $30,000 to $35,000 for the one-year term ending August 31, 2025.
