2025-0727 Authorize Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. to fund Professional Specialty Services on the Central Trail Extension, Major Capital Improvement Program Project 15802 Road & Bridge 2 On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: June 17, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: Fund 196 MCIP 15802 Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby Approve and authorize the execution of Work Order No. 1 between Dallas County and Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. for professional specialty services relative to the DART Light Rail Crossing Improvements for the Central Trail Extension, MCIP Project 15802. The total cost of Work Order No. 1 is not to exceed Three Hundred, Forty-Three Thousand, Four Hundred Seven Dollars, and Eighty-Eight cents ($343,407.88).
