2025-0913 Authorize and approve Amendment No. 1 to the Personal Services Contract with Ignite Consults, LLC for the personal services of Eddie Florentino to amend the Term of the Contract to end on August 24, 2025, approve Discretionary Exemption, 262.024(a) (4) personal services On a motion made by Commissioner Dr. Elba Garcia, and seconded by Commissioner Andrew Sommerman, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: August 19, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: MAJOR TECHNOLOGY FUND Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby approve and authorize the County Judge to sign Amendment No. 1 to the Personal Services Contract with Ignite Consults, LLC for the services of Eddie Florentino to amend the Term of the Contract to end on August 24, 2025 as the contractor will transition into a full-time position with Dallas County.
