Alta Blue Goose  is a proposed site project consisting of 522 single-family detached dwelling units located north of Blue Goose Road between Cameron Road and Harris Branch Parkway. <br id="isPasted"> <br>The developer has agreed to construct a right turn lane at the site driveway on Blue Goose Road. The Developer has agreed to design and construct the extension of Braker Lane from Cameron Road to Blue Goose Road on the property and dedicate Right of Way (ROW) for the same. The developer has also agreed to a total mitigation payment of $9,551.00 to Travis County. This amount is a financial contribution to the County towards the Roadway Improvement Project, or any other projects in the vicinity of the property.
