2025-0205 Ramadan Celebration On a motion made by County Judge Clay Jenkins, and seconded by Commissioner Dr. Theresa Daniel, the following order was passed and adopted by the Commissioners Court of Dallas County, State of Texas: BRIEFING DATE: March 4, 2025 FUNDING SOURCE: N/A Be it resolved and ordered that the Dallas County Commissioners Court does hereby formally recognize the commencement of Ramadan and extends its best wishes to the Muslim community in Dallas County and beyond for a peaceful, meaningful, and blessed Ramadan. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Court celebrates the contributions of the Muslim community to our county and encourages all residents to join in fostering unity, understanding, and respect for all faiths and traditions.
