Through this agreement, Travis County Health and Human Services (HHS) will allocate Raising Travis County (RTC) funds and resources to the Contractor to issue grants to local childcare providers. Governed by Texas Local Government Code Section 381.004, the initiative aims to stimulate local economic development and strengthen small, disadvantaged businesses by expanding childcare capacity.
