This application is for a 16.464-acre, 122 slip RV park project that takes access to Dee Gabriel Collins Rd, a Travis County maintained street, just west of US Hwy 183 within the City of Austin 2-mile ETJ. Secondary access is taken off of US Hwy 183. The project also includes the construction of parking, driveways, drainage, and utility infrastructure to support the project. Water and wastewater will be provided by Austin Water. Detention and water quality facilities are proposed for the development. The project has met all requirements of the Travis County Fire Marshal and has received a TCFM site development permit. The project takes access to Dee Gabriel Collins Rd, a Travis County maintained roadway, and includes secondary access off of TxDOT maintained US Hwy 183.
