Mustang Ridge Municipal Utility District wishes to enter into a license agreement with Travis County for drainage facilities and related improvements limited to rain gardens within portions of the right-of-way of Old Lockhart Road, maintained by Travis County.<br data-pasted="true"> <br>The two rain garden improvements covered by the proposed license agreement are a part of a turn lane expansion of a portion of Old Lockhart Road per the TA construction agreement for Laws Ranch. These improvements were reviewed under site permit application #25-50502. <br> <br>The subject improvements do not reduce sight distance conditions or place unacceptable hazards in the clear recovery zone. Additionally, the licensee shall provide the County with a certificate of insurance coverage for the improvements, naming Travis County as additional insured, within 21 days of approval.
