The Commons at Rowe Lane Phase IV-B final plat was recorded as Document #201900003 of the Official Public Records of Travis County on January 8, 2019. The street and drainage improvements in this subdivision have been inspected for conformance with approved plans and specifications as listed. They will be accepted under the regulations of the Standards for Construction of Streets and Drainage in Subdivisions approved by Commissioners Court on August 28, 1997, in which the subdivision is accepted before the one-year performance period has ended. <br id="isPasted">  <br>The streets in The Commons at Rowe Lane Phase IV-B take access from Wind Vane Drive, a street maintained by Travis County. This action will add an overall total of 2,521 linear feet (0.48 miles) to the Travis County road maintenance system.
