Turnersville Retail Center is a proposed site project consisting of 10,000 square feet convenience store with 12 vehicle fueling positions. The development is located on the southeast corner of FM 1327 and Turnersville Road.<br id="isPasted"> <br>The developer has agreed to a total mitigation payment of $57,332.00 to Travis County. This amount is a financial contribution to the County towards the Roadway Improvement Project, or any other projects in the vicinity of the property.
